railway facility where trains regulary stop to load or unload passengers and/or
freight/good
Purpose of a Railway Station
A
railway station is provided for one or more of the following purposes :
(a) To entrain or detrain passengers
(b) To load or unload goods or parcels
(c) To
control the movement of trains
(d) To enable trains to cross each other in
the case of a single-line section
(e) To
enable faster trains to overtake slower ones

Can be either
permanent construction or steel / iron construction such as:

A tower
building that functions as a place to oversee the state or track situation in
the station emplacement and control from the train - train that will enter the
station and which will exit / leave the station.

Good Station
The world's first Goods terminal
was the 1830 Park Lane Goods Station at the South End Liverpool
Docks. Built in 1830 the terminal was reached by a 1.24-mile (2 km)
tunnel, and closed on 15 May 1972. Liverpool
Road station in Manchester is the oldest surviving railway terminus building in
the world.

Warehouse Station is located in Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta. It is located
on Jalan Kampung Bandan. This station operates for freight trains, such as
containers, parcels, packets of goods, and so forth. The freight trains also
accept the delivery of electronic goods such as computers and televisions, to
the standard packaging required by PT. KA Logistics. In addition, Cargo Trains
also accept shipments of both motorized and manual vehicles such as racing
bikes and motorcycles.
